Minimal in design, our kraft coffee cups are made from paperboard and utilise an Ingeo™ brand polylactic acid (PLA) lining, and like PE lined cups, offer leak resistance while offering exceptional insulation properties. Unlike PE linings manufactured from petrochemicals, PLA is produced from plant feedstocks such as corn, cassava, sugar cane or beets.
*Cup sizes are measured to brim capacity and range between 225ml to 500ml.

Industrial Composting
Our coffee cups are certified compostable to the AS 4736, EN 13432 and ASTM D6400 standards for industrial composting, verified by DIN CERTCO and BPI, which requires the compostable product to:
1) disintegrate after 12 weeks, and
2) completely biodegrade after six months. (This means that 90% or more of the material will have been converted to CO2. The remaining share is converted into water and biomass – i.e. valuable compost.)
