End of Life 

Post use, recycle in paper recycling streams. In addition, general composting guidance recognises wood, cardboard, and paper as carbon (“brown”) materials. End-of-life outcomes depend on local composting and waste infrastructure, contamination, and acceptance criteria. We recommend confirming local requirements before making composting or disposal decisions.

Where appropriate composting infrastructure exists, certified compostable packaging can contribute to circular economy outcomes by supporting greater diversion of food waste from landfill. ASTM D6400 includes requirements that total fluorine content does not exceed 100 ppm, alongside declarations of no intentionally added PFAS, as referenced by the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI).
