Ideal for takeaway sodas and cold-pressed juices, our 96mm clear flat lid with straw hole provides a secure fit for our clear compostable cups ranging from 300ml to 700ml. Made from PLA (polylactic acid) plastic derived from renewable materials, these lids provide an alternative to conventional PET plastic lids while supporting compostable end-of-life outcomes where facilities exist. 

Compatible with our regular and jumbo paper straws. 

Specifications

• Suitable for cold drinks. Heat sensitive: use below 48ºC
• Do not microwave
• Shelf life: Our bioplastic products have a 12-month shelf life from date of purchase. Store bioplastics out of direct sunlight and below 35ºC. Incorrect storage reduces product stability and shelf life.

Certifications

• Certified to AS 4736 for industrial composting (verified by the Australasian Bioplastics Association)
•  Certified to EN 13432 for industrial composting (verified by DIN CERTCO, Germany)
• Certified to ASTM D6400 for industrial composting (verified by the Biodegradable Products Institute, BPI)
